Visionary Leadership

TechResolve, Inc. is a social enterprise built from the mission of Urban Ed, Inc. a nonprofit technology education & workforce development organization. The firm has supported CBO nonprofits & small businesses for years and continues to expand its  integrated approach to IT support, software development, and digital transformation services. 

 

Roxanne is the founder of TechResolve, Inc. and she has held IT leadership roles leading IT departments and critical IT functions in several government contractor companies serving the Department of Defense, the Department of Health and Human Services and the Commodities Futures Trading Commission. Roxanne holds over 15 technical certifications and more than 25 years of business development and technical experience that includes economic development work, workforce development work, training development work and managing growth projects throughout the country. Roxanne holds a Master of Science degree in Training and Organizational Development and was recognized internationally as a Salzburg Fellow for her commitment, passion and outcomes-driven youth and community development work.

In her role as founder, Roxanne focuses on strategic direction, partnerships, and the continued evolution of TechResolve’s workforce development and apprenticeship-aligned model.

Roxanne grew TechResolve out of the work she has done in low-income communities to build the pool of diverse talent, upskilling hundreds of youth and women of color for sustainable careers within the tech sector.

TechResolve is a certified HUBZone business based in Washington, DC. The firm is also third-party certified through the Women's Business Enterprise Council Greater DMV and the U.S. Small Business Administration as both a women-owned small business (WOSB), an economically disadvantaged women-owned small business (EDWOSB). We are also certified through the DC DOT as a minority-owned business enterprise (MBE), and a small disadvantaged business (DBE). The firm is also a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) with the local DC government.
